91ÖÆƬ is not an and is unable to accept students who have or require F or M visas. We are also unable to accept visas which do not permit study in the U.S., including B visas.
Not all statuses are eligible to establish Virginia domicile to receive in-state tuition rates. However, some students may be eligible for the Virginia Tuition Equity Provision regardless of status.
State Financial Aid Expanded for Previously Ineligible Non-Citizens
