Health and Wellness Fair

The Single Stop Office hosts a Health and Wellness Fair in conjunction with our Fall and Spring fests on our campuses in Hampton and the Historic Triangle in Williamsburg. This is an opportunity for you to interact with various mental health and well-being service providers to find a local resource that meets your needs.
Additionally, you may connect with the resources listed below, which offer counseling options, crisis resources, and tools to manage stress, anxiety, and other personal challenges. Whether you need someone to talk to, strategies for self-care, or guidance during a difficult time, these services are available for you, empowering you to achieve your academic and personal goals.
- TalkNow: 24/7, on-demand emotional support to talk about anything, including anxiety, relationships, depression, and school-related stressors.
- Scheduled Counseling: Choose the day, time, and mental health provider that works best for you. (3 visits per year)
- Self-Care Content: Visit the Self-Care tab for 24/7 access to tools and resources, such as meditation and yoga sessions, helpful videos, and short articles from experts.
- Basic Needs Support: Get connected to free or reduced-cost community resources, including food and housing assistance, transit support, childcare, and finances.

Confidential and Anonymous Mental Health Screenings
Screenings with immediate online feedback for depression, anxiety, eating disorders, alcohol, and trauma.
